A. We obtain a weekly list from our tax professionals that details many different tax sales. When we are sent the list, we immediately search to find the rightful owner of the surplus funds.
2. How do I obtain these funds?
A. With your permission we will prepare your paperwork and send one of our licensed Notary to you at no cost. We will handle all communications so that you can be free from the hassle of paperwork and confusion.
3. What's in it for you?
A. We do not get paid unless you are paid! Once we get all of the necessary paperwork finished for you we do ask for a percentage of the surplus
4. What is the process of obtaining the funds?
A. First we will verify that you are the rightful owner of the surplus funds.
Next we will contact the necessary parties to settle the obtaining all paperwork, notary forms, and we will negotiate the maximum amount with the parties.
We will will then come to a settlement amount and provide you with this amount. We will detail all of the information along with are percentage of the total.
Once we come to a fair agreement we will send our notary to you with the paperwork needing your signature . Finally a check will be mailed to you within 14-21 from when the paperwork is returned.
